ARCHITECT’S VERDICT
SOLID & FUNCTIONAL
The kitchen is generous relative to the apartment’s overall size, while the entrance lacks a convenient place for a shoe cabinet. Guests must pass through the bedroom and walk-in wardrobe to reach the only bathroom, compromising privacy. The space between the bedroom and the façade is not used effectively. There is no usable balcony; the outdoor area primarily accommodates the air-conditioning compressors. A more balanced allocation of space could improve storage and everyday circulation.
